NeuraFlash is looking for a Salesforce Front-End Developer! You will collaborate with our UI/UX designers and Salesforce architects to design, develop, test and deploy solutions based on industry best practices and client business requirements.
You will have the opportunity to:
• Convert UI/UX wireframes from NeuraFlash UI/UX designers and business requirements collected by NeuraFlash project delivery teams into Salesforce applications
• Develop front-end Lightning Web Components (LWC) for intuitive and responsive layouts
• Implement solutions using best practices to prevent recurrence of performance issues
• Document best practices and operational procedures
• Work collaboratively with your project team from the design phase to go live on projects to build solutions, resolve technical issues, and implement scalable solutions for clients
• Research and keep current on technology and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective
• Take full, end-to-end ownership of technical solutions, independently translating high-level business requirements into fully functional applications.
Required Experience:
• 3+ years experience as a Front-End developer
• Knowledge and practical experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce and Lightning Components)
• Experience with Javascript libraries, SOAP, and XML
• Experience debugging using JavaScript based tools such as Chrome Developer Console
• Experience building mobile and responsive web apps
• Experience developing solutions that work across multiple browsers
• Proven experience working with web development and design
• Experience building out external-facing portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Salesforce Communities).
• Proficiency with modern version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with CI/CD deployment pipelines (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, or Jenkins).
• Experience integrating third-party RESTful APIs and external web services within front-end components.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous JavaScript programming (Promises, async/await).
• Proven track record of executing multiple, full-lifecycle deployments from sandbox environments to production.
• Hands-on experience navigating the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) across multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Good usability and web accessibility practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to work with both waterfall and agile methodologies and had exposure across the full delivery life-cycle
• The ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision, on multiple tasks and deliver quality products
