Position Summary
As Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll build and scale our partner marketing function from the ground up.
Our partner ecosystem is becoming one of our most important routes to market. We need someone who can take a partner strategy and turn it into something real — campaigns that run, assets that get used, and partners who can confidently sell alongside us.
You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing and partnerships, turning technical capability into clear, compelling partner messaging and making sure our partners are set up to win.
This isn’t a “manage the process” role. It’s a build it, test it, improve it role.
You’ll need to think strategically about long-term partner growth, while still being happy rolling up your sleeves to deliver campaigns, assets and events yourself.
If you like ownership, pace, and seeing tangible results from your work — you’ll enjoy this.
Key Responsibilities
Rather than a long checklist, here’s what success looks like:
Partner Enablement & Asset Creation
You’ll build the core materials our partners actually use — sales decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, battle cards.
You’ll take complex technical positioning and turn it into something partners can understand, use and sell.
The goal is simple: reduce friction and increase partner confidence.
Vendor & Co-Marketing
You’ll own relationships with key partners from a marketing perspective.
That means running joint campaigns, coordinating launches, and creating co-branded content that actually lands.
You’ll keep partner activity aligned with what we’re building and selling — not random one-off campaigns that go nowhere.
Partner Campaign Execution
You’ll build and run partner campaigns end-to-end.
That could be webinars, events, demand generation campaigns, or partner-led initiatives.
You’ll measure what works, cut what doesn’t, and double down on what drives pipeline.
MDF & Partner Programme Support
You’ll work pragmatically with partner programmes and MDF — using them to accelerate activity, not slow it down.
No unnecessary process. Just smart use of what’s available.
Partner Activation & Onboarding
You’ll help bring new partners to life quickly.
Clear onboarding, simple messaging, practical enablement — so partners know how to position and sell Hyperstack from day one.
Required Skills & Experience
We care more about how you operate than a perfect CV, but you’ll likely have:
Essential
• 3–6 years in B2B SaaS, cloud, or a similar tech environment
• Experience working with partners, alliances, or ecosystem GTM
• Hands-on delivery of marketing campaigns (not just planning them)
• Experience creating partner-facing content and enablement materials
• Comfort working in a scale-up environment where things aren’t fully defined
• Strong written communication — you can simplify complex ideas quickly
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing quality
Nice to Have
• Experience in AI, cloud infrastructure, GPU, or HPC environments
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP or partner ecosystems
• Experience with MDF or vendor marketing programmes
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or partner platforms
• Experience running account-based or partner-led GTM strategies
The right person for this role will naturally be:
• Execution-focused — you ship useful things quickly
• High ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Commercially aware — you understand what actually drives revenue
• Comfortable with ambiguity — you can operate without perfect information
• Outcome-led — you focus on impact, not activity
• Partner-aware — you understand how partners think and what motivates them
• A builder — you like creating structure where none exists
What We Offer
• Competitive salary and bonus
• 25 days holiday plus public holidays
• Flexible working (hybrid model)
• Real ownership and autonomy
• The chance to build something meaningful from early stage
• Clear progression as the company scales
• A collaborative, international team that values trust and transparency
