About the Role

The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and business partnering activities at Nextech, a leader in specialty healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
→Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management
→Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting financial results
→Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations
→Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support
→Utilize data tools such as Power Query and Power BI to transform and analyze data

Requirements

✓3-5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate accounting in an analytical/reporting role
✓Experience working with corporate budgeting processes and detailed financial models
✓Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
✓Demonstrated experience in utilizing data and analytical tools
✓Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
✓Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
