About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support the growth of Nexthink's business in the EMEA region. This strategically important role focuses on driving the adoption and use of our employee experience platform with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and execute the Customer Success Plan for each account to ensure Nexthink becomes part of daily operations
- →Engage and build relationships with customer executives and stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- →Identify new opportunities for Nexthink through Professional Services engagements or upsell/cross-sell
- →Identify and escalate critical issues or risks of renewals
- →Support renewals specialists through Value Tracking activities
- →Host workshops to educate customers on product usage and value quantification
- →Lead quarterly business reviews with key customer stakeholders
- →Provide feedback to Nexthink Product Management, R&D, Sales and Marketing teams
- →Update CRM database to maintain accurate customer data
Requirements
- ✓Technical background and structured, organized approach
- ✓Proven experience building executive relationships with large companies or partners
- ✓Ability to collaborate with Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Support and Product teams
- ✓Experience driving positive customer outcomes and operational success
- ✓Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Ability to work in a remote-first environment with hybrid office attendance for team collaboration
