About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Data Scientist to join our world-class AI team. This role focuses on developing algorithms and tools that drive the evolution of our next-generation AI services, particularly in conversational AI and chatbot technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• →Develop sophisticated algorithms and internal tools to analyze chat logs and agent threads for millions of users, uncovering hidden performance gaps and opportunities for improvements.
• →Execute end-to-end data science projects with an iterative, scientific approach to solve real-world challenges in agentic AI.
• →Assess the impact of implemented changes on user experience and system performance through rigorous evaluation and contribute to benchmarking initiatives.
• →Define complex problems clearly, translating business goals into concrete, data-driven engineering objectives.
• →Analyze massive datasets to decode AI behavior and identify patterns.
• →Evaluate and experiment with cutting-edge solutions and architectural approaches, weighing trade-offs to find optimal paths forward.
• →Justify technical decisions and model choices with solid evidence, influencing the strategic direction of our AI product.
• →Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to understand constraints and co-create the future of our AI platform.
• →Conduct literature reviews to stay ahead in ML and NLP, translating research into practical implementations.
• →Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that tell the story of our AI's performance.
• →Work effectively within a cross-functional team, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
