About the Role
We are seeking a Voice IT Field Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical assistance and support to end users. This role requires working on-site and maintaining various communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct site surveys and document current configurations
- →Analyze requirements and prepare specifications for hardware
- →Develop installation schedules and prepare site installations
- →Configure computers, communications devices, and peripherals
- →Train site personnel in proper hardware use
- →Troubleshoot and repair computer workstations and teleconferencing equipment
- →Maintain Fiber Optic/Ethernet cables and telephone systems
Requirements
- ✓Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance
- ✓Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 6am-6pm
- ✓Experience with hardware installation and configuration
- ✓Knowledge of teleconferencing equipment
- ✓Troubleshooting skills for computer systems and peripherals
