About the Role

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join the R&D group at NICE. This role involves developing tests and maintaining the NiCE CXone software platform, with a focus on quality assurance and automation.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain tests for the NiCE CXone software platform
→Design and implement test strategies for NiCE CXone products and features
→Perform code reviews and resolve defects encountered during the QA cycle
→Support the production environment and assist other developers in a team environment
→Utilize agile development processes to ensure quality of released content
→Review new designs to detect potential quality concerns and propose solutions
→Actively participate in process inspection and improvement
→Track team tasks, analyze testing needs, and define QA activities
→Plan, define, and execute tests as part of the team’s QA activities
→Continuously analyze and challenge existing testing coverage
→Monitor test and production environments
→Write and maintain E2E automated tests

Requirements

✓Degree in computer science or equivalent from a reputed institute
✓3-4 years of experience in QA/Automation positions
✓Experience using Agentic AI for QA automations
✓Understanding of complex product solutions (business, technical, architecture)
✓Experience in test design and execution for complex systems (manual and automatic)
✓Deep understanding of QA methodologies
✓Comprehensive experience working in an Agile development process
✓Hands-on experience in Java/JS or other OO language
✓Experience with writing SQL queries
