About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Cloud System Administrator to join our team at NICE Ltd. This role focuses on ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of the organization’s computing platforms, servers, and hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor and analyze high volume ticket system for SLAs and ticket routing efficiency
- →Maintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment
- →Supports multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity
- →Follows defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve issues
- →Analyzes and reports on operational metrics to understand performance and ensure success in process improvements
- →Performs routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patching, application versions, etc.
- →Manage Mail, DNS, FTP, IIS, and Application environments
- →Create and maintain standard operating procedures and inventory documentation of servers and related infrastructure
- →Participating in the On-Call rotation
- →Communicates events to stakeholders, teams, and leadership
- →Work with cabling, racking, and other tasks in Physical Data Centers
- →Create and manage user accounts
- →Updating Production Server Resources and Sizing
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience
- ✓Windows Server Operating System Administration
- ✓Microsoft OS Patching and Critical Updates
- ✓Intermediate Level of System Troubleshooting Skills
- ✓2+ years working in a large production infrastructure
- ✓2+ years in Windows Server Administration in a Production Environment
- ✓2+ years configuring server hardware and OS
- ✓Knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory, DNS, Mail
- ✓Experience managing VMware environment
- ✓Experience working with Hardware Replacements/Vendor Work
- ✓Experience working with Change Management processes
