About the Role
The Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact for customers and partners at NICE. You will interact with various people and businesses, creating a positive first impression for NICE’s customers through phone, chat, email, and social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate new sales qualified leads for Corporate and Enterprise sales teams.
- →Respond immediately to inbound enquiries and proactively target customers with outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
- →Work closely with Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams to generate new target accounts and prospects.
- →Support marketing activities by generating interest for events, webinars, and promotions, converting marketing leads into sales qualified leads.
Requirements
- ✓Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- ✓Flexibility and confidence in explaining complex models clearly.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
- ✓2+ years’ experience in sales.
- ✓Solid understanding of prospecting and qualification techniques.
- ✓Excellent customer service skills.
- ✓Strong understanding of sales and marketing environments.
- ✓Proven track record of meeting/exceeding business generation targets.
- ✓Experience with CRM and prospecting tools.
