About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud SRE to join our team at NICE Ltd. This role focuses on improving the reliability and availability of our solutions, including providing on-call support for major incidents and helping reduce the duration and occurrence of outages.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create new dashboards to provide observability for development teams
- →Consult with development work streams on SRE services
- →Automate activities previously done manually to reduce toil
- →Participate in design, definition and scoping of new solutions
- →Document findings and share with other SREs
- →Work with teams to ensure proper monitoring is setup
- →Identify evolutionary improvements
- →Assist other teams in doing data/performance analysis
- →Review work of other SREs and help train them
Requirements
- ✓4+ years programming/scripting experience
- ✓4+ years of experience working within public or private cloud environments
- ✓4+ years of SRE or related experience
- ✓Experience with Agile, Jira, GitHub, monitoring, automation, dashboarding
- ✓6+ years communicating in English in a technical field
- ✓Experience troubleshooting supported applications
- ✓Ability to work on complex issues spanning multiple applications or environments
- ✓Proactive engagement with peers and stakeholders
- ✓Self-driven with ability to work with little supervision
