About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team at NICE. This role focuses on managing and enhancing our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, with a direct impact on application performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
- →Champion the use of CloudFormation, Terraform, and CDK for infrastructure provisioning
- →Oversee containerized application deployment and management
- →Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- →Develop automation scripts in Python, Groovy, Shell, and JavaScript
- →Implement monitoring and logging solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- →Collaborate with R&D teams for smooth integration and delivery
- →Implement security best practices across infrastructure
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related field
- ✓In-depth experience with AWS services and cloud security
- ✓Strong experience with CloudFormation and Terraform
- ✓Expertise in Docker and EKS/ECS
- ✓Advanced hands-on experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- ✓Proficiency in Python, Groovy, Shell, and JavaScript
- ✓Experience with monitoring and logging solutions
- ✓Strong communication skills for global team collaboration
