About the Role
We are looking for a Research Development and Innovation Engineer to join NICE’s research development and innovation group. This role operates between NICE’s research team and cloud/enterprise development teams, focusing on prototyping new technology and productizing innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prototyping new technology to evaluate viability in our products
- →Productizing the latest innovations from research for consumption by R&D teams
- →Expanding our collection of AI models to support new technology and languages
- →Building tools to support researcher experiments or help the wider organization
- →Curating data for training new AI models
Requirements
- ✓BS in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent work experience
- ✓Excellent oral and written communication skills
- ✓Self-starter with creative problem-solving abilities
- ✓5+ years of software engineering experience, including designing, building, and maintaining solutions in C#
- ✓2+ years of experience with relational databases or NoSQL solutions such as Elasticsearch
- ✓5+ years of experience with modern web development (Typescript)
