So, what’s the role all about?
We are looking for an experienced AML Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will serve as the voice of GTC PS and GDM for all AML solution implementations and act as a crucial technical support pillar for XSE migration projects under the GDM banner. This role demands deep AML domain expertise, strong technical leadership, and the ability to mentor teams while driving best practices and methodologies for AML implementations.
How will you make an impact?
You will:
• Lead AML solution implementations and capability building across projects.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance during delivery phases.
• Mentor delivery teams and conduct AML domain training.
• Pioneer and enhance XSE migration methodologies.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless migrations.
• Maintain and publish best practices, lessons learned, and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
Expertise
• Act as the go-to expert for all AML solutions.
• Mentor and assist teams with AML implementations.
• Own AML capability building and provide domain training.
• Perform technical root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Delivery
• Provide technical oversight for ongoing AML projects.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of requirements and proposed solutions.
• Play a Technical Lead role in AML projects executed from GTC and GDM.
• Maintain best practices for AML implementations.
• Offer ad-hoc support for urgent AML issues.
• Participate in peer code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare delivery teams for upcoming roadmap features.
Methodology
• Assist GDM project teams with estimates and AML-related support.
• Enhance and pioneer XSE migration methodologies.
• Collaborate with operations for proper handshaking in migration projects.
• Verify, improve, and maintain migration methodologies and best practice repositories.
• Document AML solution knowledge and publish lessons learned.
• Identify and implement process improvements for AML efficiency.
