About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Program Manager to join NICE, a global company known for its innovative software solutions. This role will be responsible for program execution, delivery governance, and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive predictable, high-quality execution of strategic and transformational initiatives
- →Establish strong governance, prioritization, and operating cadence across workstreams
- →Build and scale a high-performing Program Management organization
- →Improve transparency, decision velocity, and executive confidence in delivery
- →Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into executable roadmaps
- →Own end-to-end portfolio management including intake, prioritization, and sequencing
- →Design and institutionalize LOB-wide governance covering charters and success metrics
- →Define and track LOB-level execution KPIs and provide executive-ready insights
Requirements
- ✓14-20 years of experience in IT industry with 8+ years in Software Development Project & Program management
- ✓Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- ✓Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and initiatives
- ✓Experience in complex delivery models and executive communication
- ✓Skills in financial and risk management
- ✓Ability to mentor Program Managers and build a high-performance culture
