Requirements
- ✓10+ years of software development or consulting experience.
- ✓Experience managing product/application support teams.
- ✓Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and technical leadership.
- ✓Fluency in English.
- ✓Experience as a Team Lead or Scrum Master.
- ✓Oracle, SQL Server
- ✓Windows and Linux OS
- ✓Java, JavaScript (Scala is a plus)
- ✓HTML, XML, XSL
- ✓Application servers like Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic
- ✓Proficiency in Java and Linux administration
- ✓Experience resolving performance issues
- ✓Exposure to customer support environments
- ✓Technical debugging, coding, and scripting skills.
- ✓OOPS, Java (mandatory), Scala/functional programming optional.
- ✓Experience with enterprise application stacks.
- ✓Client-facing production support experience.
- ✓Strong communication and teamwork skills.
