Key Responsibilities
- →Work with customers to understand business requirements and document them
- →Educate customers with relevant technical information
- →Configure our product and assist with go-live steps
- →Ensure configuration timelines adhere to implementation schedules
- →Track and record hours accurately on customer master accounts
- →Complete deployments timely, accurately, and according to customer contracts
- →Maintain customer satisfaction to encourage loyalty and increased business
- →Handle delicate situations appropriately to minimize liability
- →Follow Company’s Adjustment Policy for customer account adjustments
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience as a Bot Developer or in a similar role involving integration and customization
- ✓Proven experience with chatbot integration platforms like Google Dialogflow or IBM Watson
- ✓Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
- ✓Understanding of modern authentication standards (oAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
- ✓Understanding of browser security (CORS, X-frame-options)
- ✓Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- ✓Ability to read API documentation and implement proof of concepts
- ✓Strong understanding of user experience and conversational interfaces
- ✓Excellent verbal communication skills for customer and peer interactions
- ✓Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for SaaS Applications
- ✓Experience creating Design docs, Functional Requirements docs, Test use cases, and deployment guides
- ✓Product knowledge and ability to adapt previous integrations to meet customer requests
- ✓Flexibility to extend hours to coordinate with US team
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a high-level environment
