About the Role
We are looking for an Account Development Manager to join our team at NielsenIQ in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This role involves nurturing relationships with large FMCG clients and being accountable for business planning and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain close business relationships with assigned FMCG clients, involving contract negotiations to expand cooperation to new services.
- →Manage client relationships to achieve revenue targets and client satisfaction, increasing client engagement and selling Retail Measurement services and NielsenIQ solutions.
- →Identify new business opportunities for potentially new clients and map the best fitting NielsenIQ solutions, cooperating with other internal departments.
- →Own business plans, including financial targets, proposal submission, securing revenue, building pipeline, and tracking financial performance of clients.
- →Guide clients through the analytical process using NielsenIQ tools and processes.
- →Use NielsenIQ tools and methodologies to build answers to clients’ business questions.
- →Cooperate with the customer success team to resolve client queries and provide solutions to client needs.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG Retail and/or Trade Marketing.
- ✓Fluent in Russian and strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written.
- ✓Excellent presentation skills, good organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to make consultative selling.
- ✓Awareness of clients’ needs, strong business acumen, and analytical output knowledge.
- ✓Curiosity about data and competence to see the big picture and generate insights by incorporating multiple data resources/sets such as NielsenIQ data analysis, consumer studies, macroeconomy, and FMCG environment knowledge.
