About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Dutch business. This role focuses on building our On Premise offering in the market, working with prestigious drinks brands.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify and secure revenue opportunities that facilitate business unit growth
→Create and present business proposals, convert deals, and support delivery of insight presentations
→Work on market and account growth plans, including continuations, renewals, and identification of new opportunities
→Spend time with clients to understand key challenges and opportunities
→Ensure client success by delivering contracted deliverables on time, on budget, and to target

Requirements

✓2-5 years of experience within On Premise or with a drinks supplier, distributor, or retailer
✓Genuine interest in and knowledge of the On Premise (bars/restaurants/cafes) sector
✓Great communicator with positive energy and ability to motivate and inspire
✓Organized and focused on getting things done
✓Experience in client-facing and/or account management roles within FMCG with a consultative edge
✓Proficient in Dutch language and fluent in English language
