About the Role
The EU Deployment Lead/PMO is responsible for end-to-end delivery of deployments across EU markets, combining program management discipline with hands-on deployment leadership. This role ensures deployments are well-planned, consistently executed, and fully visible to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end deployment from intake through GoLive and BAU transition
- →Serve as point of contact for EU-specific deployment execution
- →Manage relationships with cross-functional teams including Ops, Product, Sales Engineering, CS, and Sales
- →Lead regional project governance and act as escalation point
- →Drive delivery discipline through structured project planning and execution tracking
- →Maintain regional pulse for Global Deployment pipeline capacity
- →Contribute to global dashboarding and program reporting
- →Capture lessons learned and maintain regional documentation
Requirements
- ✓Strong project management experience in complex, multi-team environments
- ✓Strong stakeholder management with verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate stakeholders
- ✓Familiarity with technical delivery components
- ✓Ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously
- ✓Experience supporting EU markets for FMCG and/or T&D clients preferred
