About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Functions Support professional to join our team. This role involves supporting various corporate functions including Finance, Marketing, Legal, Human Resources, Real Estate, Procurement, and Transformation/Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

→Participate in local Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team activities, rhythms, and output consolidation
→Ensure planning cycle and reporting deadlines are met
→Participate in month-end close activities and provide pre-close expense status updates
→Support annual budget/3-year plan and forecast processes
→Use PBI and SAP business objects for data analysis, visualization, and presentation
→Analyze and manage P&L for expenses
→Perform variance analysis and provide drivers
→Control and analyze monthly closing against USGAAP policies
→Participate in automation and process standardization
→Monitor and report on KPIs for effectiveness and efficiency of FP&A services
→Analyze current and past trends with key performance indicators
→Handle ad hoc tasks like purchase orders, accruals, and prepayments
→Assist with key pitches for senior management
→Liaise between finance and non-finance teams
→Work closely with global FP&A peers
→Support Finance Business Partners (FBPs) of Global Functions
→Manage operating expenses, one-time costs, and capital budgets
→Work with systems like SAP4 Hanna, NEA, and PowerBI
→Ensure quality and control of productivity trackers
→Ensure proper controls, procedures, and policies are followed
