About the Role
The Customer Support Analyst at NielsenIQ will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships while ensuring efficient resolution of customer queries through proprietary platforms. This role focuses on delivering quality customer support and driving satisfactory customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute, monitor, and continuously improve delivery management and service-related tasks such as report generation, database management, and data quality checks.
- →Become an expert on NIQ processes and methodologies, actively contributing to improving deliverables quality and efficiency.
- →Ensure query resolution and deliver data/information according to customer contractual terms and success criteria.
- →Triage customer queries and requests across markets and customer categories, tracking actions for improvement.
- →Work closely with NielsenIQ teams to identify resolutions and collaborate with Customer Service teams.
- →Adhere to Performance KPIs to improve quality performance and maintain work discipline.
- →Operate in a hybrid physical-virtual and multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues.
