About the Role
We are looking for an Account Development Manager to join our team at NielsenIQ in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This role involves nurturing relationships with large FMCG clients and taking accountability for business planning and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain close business relationships with assigned FMCG clients
- →Conduct contract negotiations to expand cooperation to new services
- →Manage client relationships to achieve revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction
- →Identify new business opportunities for potential clients
- →Own business plans including financial targets, proposal submission, and revenue tracking
- →Guide clients through analytical processes using NielsenIQ tools
- →Collaborate with customer success team to resolve client queries
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG Retail and/or Trade Marketing
- ✓Fluent in Russian and strong Business English knowledge
- ✓Excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- ✓Strong business acumen and analytical output knowledge
- ✓Curiosity about data and ability to generate insights from multiple data resources
