About the Role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our technology teams at NielsenIQ. This role focuses on driving product development using SAFe Agile practices and ensuring high quality across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide and coach Scrum Teams on Agile practices and principles
- →Help teams reach high performance levels through coaching and development
- →Ensure understanding and adherence to Scrum theory and guidelines
- →Resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters
- →Work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters for professional growth
- →Contribute to the advancement of Agile practices within the organization
- →Facilitate all scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- →Drive continuous improvements through metrics
- →Escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner
- →Work closely with Product Leadership and Technology & Operations teams on product development roadmaps and timelines
Requirements
- ✓Experience with SAFe Agile practices
- ✓Strong understanding of Scrum theory and guidelines
- ✓Ability to coach and develop teams
- ✓Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- ✓Experience working with global teams across different time zones
- ✓Ability to resolve team impediments and drive continuous improvement
