About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our On-Premise customer success team. This role involves collaborating on multi-country projects with strategic client impact, delivering high-level data and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and analyze insights through brief creation, data retrieval, analysis, storyboarding, and deck creation
- →Support customer activities including data issues, data pulls, methodology questions, database setup, change requests, and product coding questions
- →Deliver ongoing or ad hoc report creation and become a reporting expert
- →Contribute to team KPIs through the Quarterly Business Objectives (QBO) process, ensuring deliverables meet Process Quality Requirements (PQR) to maximize NPS and TNPS scoring
Requirements
- ✓Experience in data analysis and insights creation
