About the Role
We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join our team at NielsenIQ. This role focuses on data input validation, data cleaning, and supporting client output deliveries in a correct and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the contact for commercial queries, leading the resolution in a client-focused and timely manner
- →Perform project analysis, including defining scope, identifying requirements, and assessing data needs
- →Support and handle end-to-end project execution, ensuring proper task sequencing and timely completion
- →Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload to meet departmental and company schedules
- →Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding, data input validation, and client instructions environments
- →Provide accurate and timely feedback to respective country teams, driving SOP and use of best practices
- →Work across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations
- →Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders
