About the Role
NIQ CMI’s Customer Success Team delivers world-class insights and reports to clients, focusing on high levels of Customer Satisfaction and advocacy. This key department plays a crucial role in the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of analysts to deliver consistent and high-quality actionable insights
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- →Coach, develop, and inspire the team to develop careers and drive innovative approaches to client briefs
- →Manage internal stakeholders and projects to ensure client requirements are met
- →Proactively share best practices and industry knowledge across NIQ’s internal teams
- →Deliver analytics & insights services and conduct tactical client training for Guided Analytics & NIQ CMI products
- →Identify opportunities through client engagements and hand off to Account Development
- →Have a strong working knowledge of client business priorities and support their goals
- →Craft compelling insights and deliver actionable recommendations to clients
