About the Role

We are seeking a Consumer Insights Sales Specialist to join NielsenIQ. This role involves supporting clients in Consumer Insights, Advanced Analytics, and Innovation to achieve revenue and profitability goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

→Sell Analytics, Consumer Insights, and Innovation solutions to clients, assessing needs and offering solutions to achieve sales targets
→Proactively develop business to meet financial and commercial objectives
→Partner with Account Development teams to understand client needs and priorities
→Scope projects to meet sales and profitability targets while ensuring feasibility
→Engage with clients to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and questions
→Build SA&I portfolio awareness through presentations at conferences, client meetings, and internal events
→Execute business plans and proactively search for market opportunities
→Participate in sales plan and budget preparation, manage pipeline, and provide sales forecasting
→Continuously develop technical knowledge related to NIQ tools and services
→Use NielsenIQ processes and tools to provide proactive analysis and recommendations
→Collaborate with other departments within NielsenIQ
→Ensure compliance with financial discipline rules and reporting needs

Requirements

✓Bachelor degree in economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or related field
✓Strong communication, verbal, and written skills
✓Strong analytical, statistical, and logical skills
✓Exceptional ability for market and category analysis
✓Excellent presentation skills
✓Intellectual curiosity and persistence
✓Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
✓Strong sense of urgency and accountability
✓Fluency in Polish and English
✓Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
✓Competent negotiator with good influencing skills
✓Preferred: 7+ years experience in Analytics and/or Consumer Insights (sales or consultant)
✓Preferred: Broad industry knowledge (FMCG, Retail, Banking, Telecom, etc.)
✓Preferred: Accuracy and attention to detail
