Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and grow clients in the social commerce market
- →Conduct continuous cold calling of prospective clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers)
- →Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients
- →Track prospects by identifying decision-makers, qualifications, and best solutions for client needs
- →Identify service improvements or new services by staying current on industry trends and competitors
- →Manage key client accounts
- →Close sales and maintain client relationships through support and guidance
- →Research and recommend new opportunities and profit/service improvements
- →Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications
- →Work closely with management and other departments for market assessment and insights
- →Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- →Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
- ✓Located in Jakarta
- ✓Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales Executive, Business Development, or Acquisition Executive roles
- ✓Preferably experience in logistics or last-mile industry
- ✓Critical and fast thinking for understanding prospect interest in SME environments
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Self-starter, goal-oriented, high energy, and positive attitude
- ✓Able to handle rejection and pressure
- ✓Skilled in Communication, Business Negotiation, Customer Acquisition Management, Customer Management, Logistic Solution Sales, Ms. Office, and Service Orientation
