About the Role
Ninja Van is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our tech-enabled logistics company. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency through data analysis and process optimization across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- →Initiate and analyze operations flow through data analysis, routing, and simulation to support operational efficiency
- →Design and evaluate operational solutions based on customer requirements, including solutioning for tenders and new business opportunities
- →Conduct operations network analysis and identify optimization opportunities for better performance
- →Manage onboarding plans and ensure smooth day-to-day execution for new customers or services
- →Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on operational matters, including pricing discussions and basic negotiations
- →Design and develop new services or operational processes based on business needs
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in related field such as business administration, management, or marketing
- ✓Have 4-5 years working experience in Business Solutions or Operations Improvement or Transport Solution Design
- ✓Multi-faceted knowledge in Operations, Commercial and Product
- ✓Have experience to manage multiple project from scratch, especially in operations flow process
- ✓Excellence in stakeholders management and communications skills
- ✓Strong in data analysis, analytical thinking, and details oriented person
