About the Role

Nitra is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage recruiting operations and people processes during a high-growth phase. This role will work closely with hiring managers across departments to help hit headcount targets and improve candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

→Own day-to-day recruiting operations: manage scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communication
→Partner with hiring managers to build role profiles, scorecards, and interview plans
→Run outbound sourcing campaigns for priority roles
→Track hiring progress against headcount targets and report weekly metrics
→Build and maintain a high-touch candidate experience
→Implement basic onboarding processes for new hires
→Support hiring managers in improving interview calibration and decision-making
→Help shape foundational people processes and documentation
→Contribute to building a strong, values-driven culture

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting
✓Proactive, ownership-oriented approach
✓Strong attention to detail and communication skills
✓Familiarity with tools like Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS platforms
✓Passion for building systems and processes that scale
✓Experience supporting both GTM and technical teams is a plus
✓Comfort working in-person with a cross-functional team (NYC or DC preferred)
