Director of Product & Vertical Marketing: Banking & FIs at Nium

About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing for Banking & Financial Institutions to join our team. This senior role focuses on defining, articulating, and elevating how Nium wins with leading banks, payment institutions, and regulated financial infrastructure players. You will own end-to-end product and vertical marketing across a portfolio including real-time cross-border payouts, local collections, FX and treasury solutions, multi-currency accounts, global account verification, and compliance/licensing footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• →Define and elevate the Banking & FI narrative with differentiated messaging across all product offerings
• →Partner with Product to shape GTM strategy, value propositions, and commercialization for FI-focused capabilities
• →Build deep understanding of how banks and FIs evaluate, integrate, and scale global money-movement solutions
• →Create high-impact sales assets including pitch decks, solution narratives, competitive briefs, and objection handling
• →Amplify customer evidence and industry validation through FI-specific proofpoints, case studies, and measurable outcomes
• →Operate as senior PMM for one of Nium's top-priority segments, collaborating across Product, Sales, Brand, RevOps, Content, and Regional Marketing
• →Establish foundation for future FI-focused PMM team with scalable processes and consistent messaging
