About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead our end-to-end developer experience at Nium. This role involves owning our documentation platform, SDKs, sandbox, integration flows, and embedded developer elements, shaping how developers onboard, test, and scale on Nium.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design smooth, intuitive onboarding journeys — from API keys to Postman collections and test environments.
- →Drive improvements across SDKs, error surfaces, CLI tools, and integration workflows.
- →Own and scale the documentation platform — structure, tooling, content quality, and embedded developer elements.
- →Produce developer newsletters, release notes and technical content for customers and sales
- →Define & drive documentation release process across global product team
- →Champion the voice of the developer inside the org — turning feedback into roadmap priorities.
- →Collaborate across engineering, support, sales engineering, and design to deliver seamless experiences.
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in product management, ideally in API-first or platform companies.
- ✓Deep empathy for developers and familiarity with the tools they use (GitHub, Swagger, Postman, CI/CD).
- ✓Experience owning or improving developer docs, onboarding journeys, or integration SDKs.
- ✓Strong communicator who can navigate complexity and align stakeholders across product, eng, and go-to-market teams.
- ✓Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated environments (fintech or infra a plus).
