About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and highly operational Senior Vice President of FP&A to join our team at Nomi Health. You will lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, serving as a key thought partner to our CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and executive team on financial strategy, growth initiatives, and capital allocation
→Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and multi-year financial planning processes
→Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support cash management, pricing, unit economics, investment decisions, and scenario planning
→Establish and refine KPIs that drive operational discipline, margin improvement, and scalable growth
→Partner closely with business leaders to analyze revenue, cost drivers, profitability, and performance trends
→Lead preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and executive reporting
→Build, mentor, and scale a high performing FP&A team
→Implement systems, tools, AI workflows, and processes that improve forecasting accuracy, reporting speed, and financial transparency

Requirements

✓15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles
✓Proven success leading financial planning and analytics in a high growth, multi-line or services driven organization
✓Strong understanding of one of SaaS, healthcare, or payments-based business models preferred
✓Exceptional ability to translate financial insights into strategic and operational action
✓Executive presence with strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
✓Experience supporting Boards, investors, and executive leadership teams
✓Investment banking experience a plus
