About the Role
Nom Nom is seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to support shopper marketing initiatives across retail partners. This role will focus on bringing the Nom Nom brand to life in both online and in-store environments, driving trial, conversion, and brand love.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute shopper marketing programs across retailers to drive awareness, trial, and conversion
- →Understand each retailer’s marketing ecosystem and manage tactics that maximize impact
- →Partner closely with Sales to support retailer priorities, promotions, and joint business plans
- →Own how the brand shows up online across retailer platforms
- →Build and manage digital marketing programs in support of product launches and promotions
- →Manage retail media agency partners to maximize ROAS on spend
- →Lead in-store sampling and demo programs
- →Ensure strong in-store presence with signage, displays, and merchandising
- →Analyze sales performance, promotional results, and campaign effectiveness
- →Translate data into insights and recommendations for future programs
- →Work closely with Brand, Creative, Sales, and external agencies
Requirements
- ✓Strategic thinking and hands-on marketing experience
- ✓Understanding of retail marketing and how to turn sales data into action
- ✓Experience with shopper marketing programs and digital marketing
- ✓Ability to manage agency partners and cross-functional teams
- ✓Strong analytical skills with experience in NielsenIQ or similar tools
- ✓Experience with new product launches and go-to-market plans
