About the Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join Nord Security’s B2B team. This role focuses on building and managing partnerships to drive business growth and user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and lead the partnerships strategy, from planning and execution to performance management
→Lead and manage the Partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
→Collaborate with internal marketing, product, design, and data teams to strengthen sustainable growth
→Take part in negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements and valuable partnerships
→Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective use of tools, processes, and resources
→Track and monitor key metrics, analyze data to inform decision-making, and use insights to optimize performance
→Constantly seek innovations - new channels, niches, funnels, and opportunities

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing, preferably with B2B products
✓Proven track record of closing strategic deals and hitting ambitious targets
✓Experience in leading high-performing teams
✓Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities
✓Strong negotiation and clear, confident communication skills
✓Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and lead projects from inception to completion
✓Working knowledge of digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
✓Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
✓Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data
