About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Senior Communications Manager to join Tesonet, a founders-led venture builder that accelerates and builds products in various verticals including cybersecurity, AI, and edtech. This role will help shape and grow the Tesonet brand globally through high-impact communication projects and standout content.
Key Responsibilities
- βWork cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, event managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all communication deliverables are met
- βDevelop and manage end-to-end projects, including scope, budget, timeline, quality, success criteria, and milestones
- βDrive communication strategies via projects, partnerships, events, and other strategic initiatives
- βDeliver high-quality content to raise awareness and growth of our brand and tech community
- βDesign and implement creative initiatives that shape Tesonet community engagement, knowledge, and culture
- βDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with team members, other Tesonet products, and outside organizations
- βFollow market trends and gather audience feedback to continuously improve communications
Requirements
- β4+ years of proven brand-related experience in-house or in a communication/creative agency
- βExcellent time management skills and a sense of ownership and commitment
- βAbility to think strategically and execute methodically
- βCreativity in crafting solutions and problem-solving
- βExperience working with global brands and digital products
- βWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- βExcellent spoken and written English & Lithuanian language skills
- βAttention to detail
- βExperience working with VCs and knowledge in social media and PR would be a huge advantage
