About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join Nord Security, a company dedicated to creating a safer cyber future. In this role, you will provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making across key business areas.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making across key business areas;
→Analyze complex financial data (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, unit economics, KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement;
→Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support budgeting, resource allocation, and long-term planning;
→Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities;
→Prepare and present clear, compelling financial analyses, management reports, and presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders;
→Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, planning processes, and automation using tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel models;
→Perform benchmarking and market analysis by evaluating financial and business KPIs to support strategic positioning and decision-making;
→Support ad-hoc strategic projects and deep-dive analyses as required by leadership.

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
✓3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering roles within a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable business insights;
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial topics to non-financial stakeholders and influence decision-making;
✓Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams;
✓Experience with financial modelling is a strong advantage;
✓Strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis techniques;
✓Excellent written and spoken English.
