About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Design Team and help shape Nord Security products. This role focuses on developing innovative design concepts for marketing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop innovative and compelling design concepts for campaigns and marketing projects
- βDesign creative assets for various marketing channels including website, video, social media, and mobile marketing
- βPartner with cross-functional teams including project managers, stakeholders, designers, and copywriters
- βEnsure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet high quality standards
- βStay current with design trends and bring fresh ideas to maintain cutting-edge brand presence
- βContribute to visual and creative direction through brainstorming and problem-solving
- βTake ownership of projects by managing feedback and delivering on time
- βMentor and inspire other designers on the team
Requirements
- β6+ years of experience in marketing design within digital environments or creative agencies
- βProficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- βStrong attention to detail and passion for design
- βCollaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in team environments
- βStrategic thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to explain design decisions
- βStrong communication, prioritization, and ownership skills
- βComfort working in fast-paced, adaptable environments
- βExcellent written and verbal English skills
- βPortfolio showcasing recent branding and campaign visuals
