About the Role

We are looking for a Market Development Specialist to identify innovative growth opportunities and strategic partnerships across the Australian market for our B2C products. This role focuses on exploring non-traditional marketing initiatives with strong ROAS potential and providing market insights to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Proactively identify and evaluate growth opportunities and strategic partnerships in Australia
→Present new growth initiatives to internal stakeholders with performance projections and timelines
→Provide Australian market insights, competitor analysis, and local trends to internal teams
→Track and report on Australian market performance metrics and KPIs
→Represent the brands at events and networking opportunities
→Support product and marketing teams with local expertise and customer insights
→Collaborate across marketing teams with guidance and ideas

Requirements

✓Relevant marketing experience with focus on strategic partnerships or brand collaborations
✓Proven track record of developing and executing high-ROAS marketing initiatives
✓Metrics-driven and analytical with experience building business cases
✓Entrepreneurial and proactive with ability to pitch new ideas and build relationships
✓Skilled communicator comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
✓Strong presentation skills for pitching growth ideas to stakeholders
✓Analytical thinker able to interpret market data and provide actionable insights
✓Experience in travel industry is an advantage
