Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA team members to ensure high-quality products
- →Apply Agile principles in day-to-day activities
- →Write manual and automated tests for functional and integration testing
- →Advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team
- →Support, maintain, and improve test cases
- →Contribute to testing strategies and their implementation
- →Perform functional testing in web/desktop applications and back-end systems
- →Ensure products meet high-quality standards for deployment
- →Report software defects and work with development teams to resolve them
- →Train and mentor less senior team members
- →Improve the release process with quality focus
- →Participate in decisions regarding automation
- →Contribute your own ideas and creations
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in quality assurance (frontend, backend, web applications testing)
- ✓Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- ✓Experience in test case design and management
- ✓Experience with Postman and Playwright
- ✓Familiarity with management tools like Jira and Confluence
- ✓Understanding of complex technical systems
- ✓Desire for quality in all aspects of the product
- ✓Experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies
