About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Video Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on leading the creation and delivery of video content across multiple platforms, ensuring every production is on-brand, efficient, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- βOversee end-to-end video production from creative brief to final delivery across YouTube, social media, TV, and digital channels;
- βEnsure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity;
- βApply SEO and platform-specific best practices to maximize reach and engagement;
- βCollaborate closely with scriptwriters, designers, videographers, and motion designers;
- βLeverage AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, enhance quality, and boost production efficiency;
- βCommunicate project goals, timelines, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders;
- βCoordinate priorities and resources with other project managers;
- βReview deliverables and maintain top creative and technical standards;
- βIdentify risks early and keep projects on track.
Requirements
- β2+ yearsβ experience managing creative projects in advertising, marketing, digital, or video production;
- βStrong understanding of production workflows and creative processes;
- βExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- βConfidence in decision-making and ability to manage multiple projects at once;
- βExperience guiding and supporting team members;
- βFluent in English (written and spoken).
