Role: GenAI Senior Integrated Project Manager Location: Fully Remote – Based in Colombia Language: English fluency is required as we are a global organization About the role: This is an opportunity to join BTG+ new in-house studio embedded with a NYC client, as a GenAI Senior Integrated Project Manager, leading AI-enhanced production workflows for the news and finance industry. Manage creative production processes that leverage generative AI to deliver tier 2 and tier 3 marketing assets at scale. Working offshore with global team coordination, you'll establish AI-integrated workflows that maintain editorial quality while increasing production efficiency. Your expertise in both project management and AI tools will help establish the studio as a leader in AI-enhanced marketing production. The Role You'll be the operational leader behind AI-enhanced production workflows that accelerate marketing asset creation for premium brands. Working at the intersection of project management and artificial intelligence, you'll develop processes that leverage generative AI while maintaining the editorial standards expected by sophisticated audiences. We're looking for someone who can balance AI efficiency with human creative oversight, building scalable production systems that deliver quality at speed. Success means establishing reliable AI-integrated workflows that reduce production time while maintaining brand integrity and editorial credibility.
