About the Role
We are looking for a Paralegal to support our attorneys across transactional, regulatory, and investment fund matters in an AI-powered law firm. This role combines traditional paralegal skills with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance legal analysis, drafting, and diligence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Draft and proofread transaction documents, compliance memoranda, corporate filings, and client correspondence
- →Prepare documents related to client matters according to firm guidelines and attorney direction
- →Review AI-generated work product for accuracy and completeness, refining drafts in collaboration with attorneys
- →Utilize proprietary AI agents to accelerate research, document review, and due diligence processes
- →Assist attorneys in organizing and managing matter files, document databases, and electronic records
- →Conduct attorney-supervised legal and regulatory research using online and AI-enabled research tools
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree from a top US university
- ✓0-4 years of full-time (post-undergraduate) work experience
- ✓Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
- ✓Demonstrated interest in law and AI
- ✓Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
