About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join Northslope, a company that builds mission-specific AI software for enterprise applications. This role focuses on identifying and engaging high-potential engineering candidates who combine technical ability with customer-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively source and identify high-potential engineering candidates with technical ability and customer-facing skills
- →Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn to find engineers in non-traditional places
- →Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate fit and interest
- →Build and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs
- →Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine candidate profiles
- →Track and analyze sourcing metrics to understand effective channels and approaches
- →Test new sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing startups
- ✓Proven ability to source for technical roles through creative and non-traditional channels
- ✓Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to have credible conversations with engineers
- ✓Experience building pipelines in competitive talent markets
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Data-driven approach to sourcing with experience tracking metrics
- ✓Comfort with ambiguity and technology-agnostic sourcing
- ✓Natural curiosity and hustle to explore new ways to find talent
