About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and grow Notion’s enterprise customers in Korea, one of our most strategic markets globally. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to help organizations drive meaningful adoption of Notion and realize business value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own customer success outcomes for B2B accounts in Korea
- →Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to customer goals
- →Drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across accounts
- →Guide customers through adoption and change
- →Lead strategic customer conversations including executive check-ins and value realization discussions
- →Partner with Sales on renewals, expansions, and account strategy
Requirements
- ✓7+ years experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related customer-facing role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- ✓Experience managing enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders
- ✓Strong ability to connect product capabilities to customer outcomes
- ✓Native-level Korean and business-level English proficiency
- ✓Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
