The People Team at Notion helps build a generational company by enabling people to do their best work. We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a consistent touchpoint for candidates, ensuring organized and respectful interactions
- →Manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across technical and non-technical roles
- →Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine hiring processes
- →Gain exposure to planning, executing, and scaling hiring at Notion
Requirements
- ✓6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling
- ✓Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles
- ✓Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- ✓Clear, professional communication skills
- ✓Willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter
