About the Role

You will play a crucial role in shaping Notion's go-to-market strategy and driving data-informed decision-making within the AMER region. This position sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and operations, offering the opportunity to significantly impact Notion's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with AMER leadership team to define and drive strategy, including territory mapping, long-term account planning, and geographic expansion
→Support the regional rhythm of the business, including business reviews, forecasting, and pipeline management cadences
→Provide actionable insights and visibility to sales performance metrics for regional sales leaders and teams
→Build reporting and presentations for AMER sales leadership
→Act as a partner to the AMER sales team, providing hands-on operational support to drive deals forward
→Partner with the GTM Systems team to enhance our sales technology stack
→Maintain and embed global sales policies, processes, and procedures
→Support global planning process locally, including target setting and territory carving
→Surface on-the-ground observations and insights to global sales and RevOps leadership

Requirements

✓4+ years of strategy, operations, and analytics experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
✓Expertise in analyzing business funnel for outbound and inbound sales motions
✓Excellent analytical and quantitative modeling skills
✓Expert proficiency with core sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach
✓Expert level user of Gsheets/Excel and BI tools like Tableau or Hex
✓SQL proficiency is a plus
✓Strong collaborator and communicator
✓Hands-on and proactive with a builders mentality
✓High ownership mentality, demonstrated by developing projects of 6-12 months length
✓Willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
