About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our Finance team at Notion. This role involves managing global treasury operations, cash management, forecasting, investments, and banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute Notion's global treasury strategy
- →Own and develop cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity
- →Manage daily cash operations across multiple currencies
- →Assist with capital structure planning and financing activities
- →Create and maintain treasury policies and procedures
- →Implement treasury technology infrastructure
- →Manage foreign exchange risk and recommend hedging strategies
- →Ensure timely financial reporting and SOX deliverables
- →Partner with accounting, tax, and other finance teams
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- ✓MBA or CTP preferred
- ✓8+ years of progressive treasury experience
- ✓Strong understanding of global treasury operations
- ✓Experience with treasury management systems
- ✓Excellence in financial modeling and analysis
- ✓Multinational experience dealing with foreign currency
- ✓Proven success in building new processes and policies
- ✓Strong leadership and communication skills
