About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive execution across operational accounting systems, with a focus on NetSuite and related initiatives that support scalable, well-controlled financial operations.
This role sits within Accounting and Reporting and reports to the Senior Director, Accounting Systems. You will work closely with Accounting, IT, Procurement, Revenue, Payroll, system owners, and external implementation partners to deliver projects spanning integrations, master data governance enhancements, process automation, and M&A onboarding.
This is a highly structured, execution-oriented role with meaningful impact across the business. You will help translate accounting requirements into disciplined delivery plans and ensure systems changes are implemented effectively, documented properly, and aligned with accounting controls and SOX requirements as Nscale continues to grow.
What you'll be doing
β’ Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives impacting NetSuite and related systems.
β’ Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk logs, and stakeholder communication plans.
β’ Coordinate across Accounting, IT, and system owners to drive accountability and delivery.
β’ Track milestones and dependencies, and mitigate risks proactively.
β’ Ensure documentation and change management are completed for system updates.
β’ Manage implementation of integrations between NetSuite and accounting-impacting systems such as procurement, billing, payroll, and expense tools.
β’ Coordinate requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
β’ Maintain integration documentation and supporting controls.
β’ Support post-implementation monitoring and issue resolution.
β’ Support operational accounting systems integration for newly acquired entities.
β’ Coordinate data mapping, migration plans, and system configuration updates.
β’ Track alignment of chart of accounts, master data, and workflows.
β’ Deliver integration milestones in line with the integration roadmap.
β’ Own Accounting Master Data workflows, including subsidiaries, chart of accounts, locations, and departments.
β’ Support implementation of controlled processes for master data changes.
β’ Coordinate testing and documentation required for SOX compliance.
β’ Monitor adherence to established governance processes.
β’ Act as the central coordination point for accounting-impacting system initiatives.
β’ Translate accounting and control requirements into structured project plans.
β’ Communicate status updates clearly to senior stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
β’ Develop structured change management strategies aligned to project objectives and business priorities.
β’ Design training, communication, and adoption support to embed new systems, tools, and processes.
About You
β’ 5-10 years of project management experience in Finance Systems, ERP, or Accounting Technology environments
β’ Experience working with NetSuite, strongly preferred
β’ Strong understanding of operational accounting processes, including P2P, R2R, intercompany, and close
β’ Experience managing system integrations that impact accounting operations
β’ Familiarity with SOX controls and system change management
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
β’ Strong organisational, documentation, and risk management skills
β’ Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
β’ Comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment
