About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations professional to join Nu, one of the world’s largest digital financial services platforms. This role plays a pivotal part in building banking integrations with third parties and optimizing processes for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Use real-time data to identify gaps and fine-tune processes for better efficiency
- →Implement improvements to processes and lead fraud training materials
- →Design and build investigation processes, with a focus on fraud investigations
- →Own a roadmap from end to end, evaluating priorities and assessing tradeoffs
- →Take ownership of the funnel steps from "confirmed" to "released"
- →Serve as the central point of contact for managing and resolving regulatory requests
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in similar roles
- ✓Experience with fraud is a plus
- ✓Fluent or native Spanish and English
- ✓Genuine curiosity about a technical ecosystem supporting products
- ✓Proven track record designing and improving processes within a business area
- ✓Overall business acumen, understanding unit economics of financial services products
- ✓Capacity to navigate ambiguous situations and manage stakeholders
- ✓Outstanding communication skills
- ✓Demonstrable track record of tactical stakeholder management
- ✓Experience building partnerships from inception to delivery
